I have to give a shout out to Auto.Live. The issue with CDK was not an issue. Auto.Live allowed us to operate normally and now with CDK coming back, this morning we rolled 700 repair orders by 10am by clicking a few buttons already in place. Anyone wanting additional information, please ask. Auto.Live spent 6 weeks in the store ensuring everyone was trained properly. When a new employee joins the team, Auto.Live shows up and provides training. Who else provides this type of service? I have to say thank you to the Auto.Live team.

Huge kudos and thank you to the team of Auto.Live. Their software has enabled our service team to continue pushing through this troubling CDK outage. With Auto.Live, we are still able to schedule appointments, write repair orders, perform multi point inspections, and navigate our day as normally as possible. Some dealerships have shut down operations due to the outage but we have pushed hard to provide services for our valued guests.

I can't say enough about the performance of Auto.Live and its software while CDK was down. Our dealerships wrote over 2,500 repair orders during the cyberattack, and all the information was securely stored in Auto.Live. Now that CDK is back up, we seamlessly transferred those repair orders and resumed today's business.
Auto.Live saved us a lot of time by eliminating the need to re-enter all the repair orders into CDK. The tech stories were safely secured in the Auto.Live system, sparing us from the daunting task of rewriting them all. Additionally, Auto.Live captured the customer's signature, eliminating any questions with the manufacturer.
